The Golden Site Contest is held in each of sixteen Polish regions and arranged by by PAIiIZ, Marshals of all Polish Voivodships and Regional Investor Service Centres. Its aim is to select and award the best investment sites in each region that has at least 2 hectares and is under the Local Development Plan determining industrial project. The competition is open to all Polish municipalities that can submit any number of offers. The plots within Special Economic Zones or Technology Parks can’t participate in the Contest.

The most attractive site in Podkarpackie Regiona has been offered by The Municipality of Krosno – this is a plot with an area of 2,15 ha and located nearby the airport. We wish Krosno the lucrative investment on this site.

The runners-up from Podkarpackie Region were: Przemyśl (33,87 ha) and Strzyżów (2,40 ha) which are very good locations as well.
