Lubaczów Industrial Park covers an area of 23,75 hectares. The whole investment area has been serviced and is build-ready. The plots available within the LIP ranges in its areas from about 1 ha up to 13 ha as a one piec of land.

The site is zoned for production, services, retail services with sales area of up to 2,000 m2.

Investment plots are incorporated into the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK Mielec. Enterpreneurs who open businesses within special economic zones may take advantege of exemption from income tax on account of the investment expenditures incurred or two-year employment costs related to new employees.

The amount of exemption depends on the size of the enterprise:

• 70% – for micro- and small enterprises;

• 60% – for medium-sized enterprises;

• 50% – for large enterprises.
